Beautiful Full Exterior Renovation Performed In Cape May, NJ

This amazing project was one to remember! Starting with humble beginnings this house was no less than average prior to our renovation. Nothing stood out and just about everything was as basic as you can get.

Thankfully, this customer decided to upgrade just about every aspect of his exterior. We made this standard home look magnificent by doing the following:

1. We installed Wolf Portrait Siding in Baltic Blue. Wolf siding is a recently popular choice and is a higher end brand that offers an amazing aesthetic look when installed properly. We used HydroGap drainable house wrap to ensure the best installation results with this product line.

2. We did custom PVC Trimwork including the water table, fascia boards, freize boards, corners, window/door trim, and more! The contrast between Baltic Blue Wolf Siding and Colonial White PVC Trimwork came out looking nothing short from the best.

3. We did a full GAF Asphalt Roofing Installation on the upper roof of this house. GAF acessories including Feltbuster Synthetic Underlayment, Weatherwatch Ice and Water Shield, Snow Country Ridge Venting, and Timbertex Ridge Caps were installed to ensure the best roofing system to last a lifetime.

4. In addition to the asphalt roofing replacement, we installed Standing Seam metal roofing on the porch roofs of this home. Sourced from AB Martin metal roofing supply in PA, we were able to really make this project "pop!".
