GAF Roof Replacement of Leaking Roof

This customer in Ocean City was experiencing water leaking inside of her home after each storm⛈ We diagnosed multiple issues:

1. The flashing where the porch roof meets the house was poorly installed by the previous roofers. It was highly susceptible to water penetration and there was evidence of past water damage beneath the flashings. 💧

2. The previous roof's shingles were not overlapped properly, leaving many exposed nail heads that were causing water leakage. 🌧

3. There was no Ice and Water Shield was found on the roof deck, only basic tar paper causing a reduced layer of protection on the roofing system. 📉

To solve these problems:

1. We did a full GAF asphalt roofing replacement in which all flashings were replaced. 🥳
